Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 9 July 2026
We want every traveller to use nousavisatravel.com with ease, whatever their abilities. No USA Visa Travel is committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, and we welcome travellers of all abilities across the CELAC region: the Caribbean, South America, and Central America.
Our standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is our target, and we treat it as an ongoing effort rather than a finished task.
What we do
As we build and improve the site, we take reasonable measures to make it accessible:
- We use clear, semantic structure so that screen readers and other assistive tools can make sense of each page.
- We design for keyboard navigability, so you can move through the site without a mouse.
- We aim for sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
- We provide alternative text for meaningful images.
- We keep text responsive and legible, so it reads well and resizes cleanly on phones, tablets, and computers.
- We write in clear, plain language.
Where we fall short
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are honest about the gaps. Some third-party content, for example supplier booking widgets, may not yet fully conform to our standard. Where that happens, we look for accessible alternatives and work to close the gap. If a part of the site blocks you, please tell us, and we will find another way to help you complete what you set out to do.
Tell us how we are doing
Your feedback helps us improve. If you run into a barrier, or if something could work better for you, please reach out:
- Email us at [email protected]
- Call us toll-free at 1-855-631-8785
We aim to respond within five business days. If an accessibility barrier stops you from completing a task on the site, we will offer an alternative way to complete it, so you are never left without an option.
