Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 July 2026
Welcome to No USA Visa Travel. These terms explain how our website and booking service work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. Please read them before you use the site or make a booking. When you use nousavisatravel.com or book through us, you agree to these terms.
We have written them in plain language on purpose. Where a word carries a specific meaning, we define it the first time we use it. If anything here is unclear, write to us at [email protected] and we will explain it in ordinary words.
1. Who we are
The website nousavisatravel.com is operated by Cruise & Rail Travel, a sole proprietorship registered in Guyana with the Guyana Commercial Registry (Certificate No. 186224). The proprietor is Theon Alleyne. We trade online as No USA Visa Travel.
You can reach us here:
- Address: Lot 55, Public Road, La Grange, Region 3, Guyana
- Toll-free: 1-855-631-8785
- Email: [email protected]
In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Cruise & Rail Travel trading as No USA Visa Travel. "You" and "your" mean the person using our website or booking through us. "Supplier" means the airline, hotel, rail operator, cruise line, or other travel provider whose service you book.
2. Accepting these terms
By browsing the website, creating a membership, or making a booking, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms sit alongside a few other documents that form part of your agreement with us when they apply to what you are doing:
- our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information
- our Cookie Policy, which explains the small data files a website stores on your device
- our Accessibility Statement, which explains how we work to make the site usable for everyone
- our Layaway Cruise Terms, which apply if you book a cruise on our Layaway Cruise™ plan
If anything in these Terms of Use conflicts with the Layaway Cruise Terms on a Layaway Cruise™ booking, the Layaway Cruise Terms take priority for that booking.
3. Who can use the site
To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you. If you book on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have their permission to give us their details, and that you have shared these terms and the relevant supplier's terms with them.
If you are under 18, you are welcome to browse the site, but please involve a parent or guardian before booking.
4. How the platform works, and our role
No USA Visa Travel is an online travel platform. We help you find and book flights, hotels, rail journeys, and cruises across the CELAC region (the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, which covers the Caribbean, South America, and Central America) and beyond.
Here is the part that matters most, so we will say it plainly. We act as a travel agent and intermediary. That means we bring you and the supplier together and help you book. We are not the airline, the hotel, the rail company, or the cruise line, and we do not own or operate the travel services you book. The travel service itself is provided by the supplier, under the supplier's own terms.
What we curate is the choice of itineraries. Our promise is a routing promise, explained in section 11.
5. Your account and The Circle
The Circle is our free membership. Joining gives you access to member-only rates. To join, you give us your name and email address. There is no password. We explain exactly what we store and why in our Privacy Policy.
The Circle is complimentary. We do not charge you to join or to stay a member. You can close your membership at any time by writing to [email protected], and we will remove it on request.
Please keep the details you give us accurate and up to date, and let us know if your email changes so you do not miss booking information.
6. Bookings, prices, currency, taxes, and fees
When you book, you are making an offer to buy a travel service from the supplier. Your booking is confirmed when the supplier accepts it and you receive a confirmation. Availability and price are confirmed at the point of booking, not before, because travel inventory changes quickly.
Prices. We usually show prices in US dollars (USD). Where a price is shown in another currency, we will make that clear.
Taxes and fees. We disclose the taxes and fees that apply to your booking before you pay. The total you see at the point of purchase is the amount that applies to that booking.
Accuracy. We take care to describe travel services accurately, but some of the information on the site comes from suppliers. If we spot an obvious error in a price or description, we will tell you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel without charge.
7. Payment and the merchant-of-record model
For flights and hotels, payment is collected by the supplier or its payment processor, acting as the merchant of record. In plain terms: your card is charged by that supplier or processor, not by us. Because of this, your card or bank statement may show the payment processor's name or descriptor rather than "No USA Visa Travel". This is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Before you pay, we show you which supplier's terms apply to your booking, so you can read them first. When you complete the payment, you are entering into a contract with that supplier for the travel service, on the supplier's terms.
If a payment is declined or a charge does not go through, your booking may not be confirmed. If you have any doubt about a charge, contact us and we will help you trace it, even where the charge was taken by the supplier or its processor.
8. The supplier's terms apply to each booking
Every booking is governed by the terms of the supplier that provides the travel service. Those terms cover things such as baggage, check-in, changes, no-show rules, and the conditions of carriage or stay. We present the relevant supplier's terms to you before you buy. By booking, you accept those terms as well as ours.
Where these Terms of Use and a supplier's terms differ on a specific booking, the supplier's terms govern the travel service itself, and our terms govern your use of our website and our role as your agent.
9. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Because the supplier provides the travel service, cancellations, changes, and refunds follow the supplier's terms for your booking. Some fares and rates are fully refundable, some are partly refundable, and some are non-refundable. The rules that apply are set out in the supplier's terms shown to you before you pay, so please read them, especially the cancellation section, before you book.
If you booked a cruise on our Layaway Cruise™ plan, the cancellation, change, and refund rules for that plan are set out in the Layaway Cruise Terms.
We are glad to help you request a change or cancellation with the supplier, but we cannot waive or override the supplier's rules, and any refund is processed under those rules and by whoever took the payment.
10. Visas, passports, and travel documents
You are solely responsible for holding the correct travel documents for your journey. This includes a valid passport, any visas, transit permits, health documents, and anything else your itinerary or the countries on it require. Document rules depend on your nationality, your route, and the timing of your trip, and they can change.
Please check your requirements early and keep checking up to the day you travel. If you are turned away or denied boarding because a document is missing, expired, or incorrect, that is outside our control, and refunds (if any) follow the supplier's terms.
11. The "no US visa, no US port of entry" routing promise
Here is what our name means, stated carefully so there is no confusion.
Our promise is about routing. We curate the itineraries we surface so that the journeys we show you do not require a United States visa and do not pass through a United States port of entry. That is the design of the trips we present. It is a promise about the routes on our platform.
It is not a promise about your personal documents. You still need the right passport, visas, and travel documents for the countries on your itinerary, as set out in section 10. Choosing a US-free route does not remove your own responsibility to be properly documented for the places you are actually visiting.
If your plans change, or you add a connection or side trip outside what we booked, the routing promise applies only to the itinerary we surfaced and booked, not to changes you make elsewhere.
12. Visa concierge
Our visa concierge offers general, advisory information to help you understand common travel-document questions for the region. It is a helpful starting point, nothing more.
The visa concierge is advisory only. It is not legal advice and it is not immigration advice. We are not a law firm or an immigration adviser, and the information we share does not replace advice from the relevant embassy, consulate, or a qualified professional. Always confirm your requirements with the official source before you rely on them.
13. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for every trip, ideally as soon as you book. Good cover can protect you against cancellation, medical costs, lost baggage, and disruption. The choice of policy and insurer is yours, and it is your responsibility to make sure the cover suits your trip.
14. Using the website properly
We ask you to use the site fairly and lawfully. In particular, please do not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to book on behalf of someone in a way you are not permitted to
- interfere with the site, its security, or its normal operation, or try to gain access to areas or data you are not meant to see
- copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the site by automated means without our written permission
- upload anything harmful, or misuse any contact or membership feature to send spam or abusive messages
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your access and, where a booking is affected, deal with it under the relevant supplier's terms.
15. Intellectual property
The name No USA Visa Travel, the brand No USA Visa Cruises™, the Layaway Cruise™ name, and our logos, text, design, and other site content belong to us or to our partners, and are protected by law. The Circle is our membership programme.
You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning and booking. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our brand or content for any other purpose without our written permission. Supplier names, logos, and content shown on the site belong to those suppliers.
16. Links and content from other companies
The site may link to, or show content from, other companies, including suppliers and payment processors. We provide these links and this content to help you, but we do not control those other websites and services and are not responsible for them. When you follow a link or buy from a supplier, that company's own terms and privacy practices apply. Please read them.
17. Disclaimers and no warranty on third-party services
We work hard to keep the site accurate, available, and useful. Even so, we provide the website "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or completely free of errors.
Because the travel services are provided by suppliers and not by us, we do not warrant or guarantee the travel services themselves. The quality, safety, timing, and delivery of a flight, hotel stay, rail journey, or cruise are the responsibility of the supplier providing it, under that supplier's terms.
18. Our responsibility to you
We take our role seriously and we will carry out our part, arranging your booking as your agent, with reasonable care and skill.
Because we act as an intermediary, our responsibility is limited to the service we actually provide, which is helping you find and book travel. We are not responsible for the acts, failures, or terms of suppliers, payment processors, or other third parties, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, that were caused by you, or that arose from events outside our reasonable control (see section 20).
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any responsibility that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you. In particular, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Your rights under section 22 stand whatever else these terms say.
19. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because you have broken these terms, misused the site, infringed someone else's rights, or given us information about other travellers that you were not entitled to share, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we face as a direct result. This does not apply to anything caused by our own fault.
20. Events outside our control (force majeure)
Sometimes things happen that no one can reasonably control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government action, border closures, epidemics, or failures of transport or communication networks. If an event like this stops us or a supplier from doing what was planned, we are not responsible for the resulting delay or failure. Where a trip is affected, refunds and rebooking follow the supplier's terms and, for a Layaway Cruise™, the Layaway Cruise Terms.
21. Privacy, cookies, and accessibility
We only collect the personal information we need, and we explain everything in our Privacy Policy. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies the site uses. Our Accessibility Statement explains how we work to make the site usable for everyone, and how to tell us if something is getting in your way. Please read these documents together with these terms.
22. Governing law, your consumer rights, and disputes
These terms and any booking arranged through us are governed by the laws of Guyana.
Our customers live across the CELAC region and beyond, so we hold ourselves to a high standard of fairness and disclosure. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived, including your rights under the consumer protection law of the country where you live. If a court decides any part of these terms is unfair or unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in force.
If something goes wrong, please come to us first. Most problems are sorted out quickly with a friendly conversation. Write to us at [email protected] or call 1-855-631-8785, tell us what happened, and give us a fair chance to put it right. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute may be dealt with by the courts of Guyana, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim, or to use a consumer redress scheme, where you live.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when our services change or the law changes. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date at the top. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones in force when you make it. Please check back now and then so you know where you stand.
